Fresh Peach Pie

Beat 3 egg whites – stiff

Gradually beat in 1 cup of sugar

Add 14 soda cracker squares that have been rolled fine

Add ¼ t. baking powder

½ cup chopped walnuts

1 t. vanilla

Fill buttered 9” pie pan with mixture

Bake 30 minutes at 325 degrees

Top with thinly sliced layer of peaches

Cover with whipped cream

Decorate top with fresh sliced peaches if desired.

The longer it stands – the better it gets!

MUST use fresh peaches!
