Kris' Famous Clam Dip

1-2 cans minced clams-drain and save the juice 1 is usually enough unless you really love clams...i do so i add 2
1/2 container cottage cheese-i use lo-fat..although I don't know why
1 thingy of cream cheese-soften it up a bit
1 tsp of that minced garlic
1/2 tsp lemon-pepper
mix it all together add about 1/2 the juice or more if you like and refrigerate for a bit.... or not and just dive in with regular old potato chips!
