Moab Meatloaf

From the cookbook Utah State Fare

1 1/2 pounds ground beef

3 slices bread crumbled

1/2 cup milk

2 eggs, beaten

1/4 cup chopped green pepper

2 TBL chopped celery

1/4 cup chopped onion

1 tsp salt

1/8 tsp pepper

1/2 tsp dry mustard

3/4 tsp dried sage

1/2 cup catsup

1 tsp Worchestershire sauce

1/4 cup chili sauce

In a large bowl combine ground beef, crumbled bread, milk, and beaten eggs. Add onion, green pepper, celery, salt, pepper, dry mustard, sage, Worchestershire sauce, and chili sauce. Form into a loaf and put into an ungreased loaf pan. Make slashes on top of meat laof, and fill with catsup. Cover with aluminum foil. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes: then remove foil and bake for an additional 30 minutes. Makes 8 servings.
