Oriental Chicken Pasta Salad

1 small pkg. spinach

1 8oz pkg bowtie pasta--cooked drained and cooled

1/2 cup sunflower seeds

1 cup bean sprouts

3 chicken breasts seasoned with lemon pepper, grilled and cut into bite sized pieces. You can use a rotisserie chicken as well.

Dressing:

1/2 cup oi

1/2 cup sugar

1 tsp salt

1 tsp sesame seeds

3 Tbls soy sauce

2 Tbls rice vinegar

1/2 tsp. sesame seed oil

1 tsp fresh grated garlic

Stir well until sugar is dissolved and toss in salad right before serving.
